Evaluating Relevance

Relevance check questions:

1Does the response directly address the task in the prompt?
2Is there unnecessary information that makes the response longer without adding value?
3Does AI stay on the topic defined in the prompt?
4If the prompt specified a focus area, does the response stay within it?
5Does the response match the audience specified?

Common relevance failure: AI provides a general overview when you asked for a specific answer.
